Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MirrorUE website and the free MirrorUE software. By downloading, using, or signing up on our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Software license

MirrorUE (free tier) is released under the MIT License. The license text controls your rights to use, modify, and distribute the source code.

2. Acceptable use

MirrorUE is intended for mirroring and controlling devices you own or are authorized to test.

  • Do not use MirrorUE to access devices without the owner’s permission.
  • Do not use MirrorUE for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or fraud.
  • You are responsible for complying with Apple platform terms and applicable laws.

3. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted capture, HID control, compatibility with every device/OS combination, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk and keep backups of important data.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamil Bourouiba and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of MirrorUE or this website.

5. Pro waitlist & paid tiers

  • Joining the waitlist does not create a binding purchase or guarantee availability, pricing, or timing.
  • Pro and Fleet features, pricing, and scope may change before launch.
  • When paid products launch, separate purchase terms will apply at checkout.

6. Website & demo

The interactive demo on our site is illustrative. API examples may differ from the free or Pro product. We may change or remove site content at any time.

7. Third-party services

Links to GitHub, Apple, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their services are subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

We may refuse or remove waitlist entries obtained through abuse, bots, or fraudulent submissions. You may leave the waitlist by emailing kbourouiba@icloud.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in France shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
